TIPS & REQUIREMENTS
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BASICS
4-PWC SAFETY TIPS
This will take around 5 to 10 minutes, it's a Safety Tips Video. One of our employees will discuss in person to make sure you understand how important and aware you must be to ride a PWC. In order to ride a PWC, you'll need to sign the documents when leaving and returning the rental. If you feel that you can't obey these rules, please do not sign the document and we recommend you to not rent a PWC, your safety is our most beloved asset.

6-BOAT SAFETY EXAM
A person must be at least 14 years of age to operate a personal watercraft in Florida.
A person must be at least 18 years of age to rent a personal watercraft in Florida.
It is unlawful for a person to knowingly allow a person under 14 years of age to operate a personal watercraft (a second-degree misdemeanor).
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 is required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) approved boating education course or have passed a course equivalency or temporary certificate examination and have in their possession a Boating Education ID Card and a photo identification card before operating a vessel with a motor of 10 HP or more in Florida. Identification cards for persons completing the course or the equivalency exam are good for a lifetime.
7-READY TO CRUISE?
Tortugas Cruising ask all Cruisers to be responsible when operating a PWC. We want you to spend a wonderful time while riding our vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings, and be courteous to other riders along the beach. Your safety is our most valuable asset. Respect the water and all marine life.
We reserve the right of admission, past, present or future.
You'll need to signed and understand our Waiver in order to ride a jet ski.
8-DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
We will require a deposit of $50 for booking a rental unit, fully refundable as long as you cancel it 12hrs prior booking date, and/or due to weather risks.
There will be a $200 deposit fee per Jet ski, fully refundable, as long as there is no damage to the rental unit.
We accept all Mayors Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App.
